Advanced feature is missing in Business Rule

I couldn't see the business rule's advanced option, when to run tab or action tab. 
I failed to figure it out.  Additionally, the personalize form area did not have an advanced checkbox. Is there any way to enable these options?

First of all are you sure you have the right role to access the business rule application. There might be chances that some ACLs are preventing you from accessing these fields on a business rule form.

Hi  @Sandyyyyyyyyy ,

 

The reason might be the field and section are not included in the Form Layout. Can you check in the Form Layout and make sure it isn't removed from there? Also Verify that you are in Default View.

 

1. Click on the Header section, Navigate to Configure->Form Layout. 

2. Verify that Advanced Field is added in the List.

3. Verify that view is Default.
