Advanced Reference qualifier not working in ServiceNow workspace. As same functionality working as expected in Classical UI.

I tried with the attribute "ref_qual_elements" but it's not working in workspace

if your cmn_department field is present in workspace view in form then your logic should work fine.

I am facing the same issue, I believe this is a workspace bug. I have a list collector field, and when I look up a record for it the first time, it works fine. But then if I clear the value and do another lookup (within the Workspace) it comes back empty. Everything works as expected in the back-end UI, this is 100% a workspace issue. I am thinking of opening a Case, would advise the same.

We are facing the same issue with OOB reference qualifier on Department field on Project. Works fine in Classic UI but doesn't filter in the Workspace 'Create New Project' Modal. Were you able to figure this out?

I reproduced this scenario in my instance to verify whether an Advanced Reference Qualifier with ref_qual_elements works in Workspace.

I created a test table with

• u_business_unit → Reference to Business Unit
• u_department → Reference to cmn_department

I configured the Department dictionary as
Use reference qualifier: Advanced
