Advanced Reference qualifier not working in ServiceNow workspace. As same functionality working as expected in Classical UI.

I tried with the attribute "ref_qual_elements" but it's not working in workspace

if your cmn_department field is present in workspace view in form then your logic should work fine.

I am facing the same issue, I believe this is a workspace bug. I have a list collector field, and when I look up a record for it the first time, it works fine. But then if I clear the value and do another lookup (within the Workspace) it comes back empty. Everything works as expected in the back-end UI, this is 100% a workspace issue. I am thinking of opening a Case, would advise the same.
