Advanced Work Assignment Capacity in Use issue

Hi!
We have implemented advanced work assignment in our instance and we are encountering the following issues:
1. capacity in use field is only showing 15 tasks but agent is currently assigned 49 tasks.
2. Maximum capacity of her assignment group's service channel is only 25
May i ask for your suggestion on what could be the root cause of those issues.
