After importing, new field is created with different column name other than the file in import table

Hi Team,
I have a requirement that, Need to import the data into serviceNow through import sets. I have created the field as per the field in original file in import set table. But when importing the data, in source table another new field is created with different name rather than the field name in the file. what could be the reasons for this. Need help.

Hi @nageswari1
Check the excel sheet field names is it same as SN or not. Best practice, if you are uploading data in SN in OOTB tables, take template from SN only dont create own.
