After Order Guide submitted Request Item not visible

I created an order guide that is using a catalog item. As an admin I can submit it and the request item is generated without an issue. However, when another admin submits it, the request item is not populated for them to view. Although when I open the same request, in fact the request item did get created. Any ideas what is prohibiting this?

Hi @Gemma4,

Make sure the correct user criteria is added to the catalog items. Hence, another users are unable to see the catalog items in it.

Hi , Make sure check all included catalog items of order guide either active true or false  , if active false make them true and check User criteria of order guide

Thanks @Sagar Pagar I did verify the user criteria and even added everyone to have access. I did discover the views are missing from our test instance and wonder if that could be causing this. IF so is there a way to export them?
