After submitting the form the external users are unable to see the request summery page

Hi,

After submitting the form the external users are unable to see the request summery page it is showing like 'Request not found'.

Can anyone please help on this, It will be usefull.

Hi Mania,

Follow below step:
Assign the 'sn_request_read' and 'sn_request_write' roles to the external user. This will grant them access to view the request summary page.

I could not find 'sn_request_read' and 'sn_request_write' roles in roles table to assign to external user.
