We recently upgraded our instance, and everything is working properly. The scheduled jobs stopped working after a while; only manual syncs are working. Could you please help us to know what might be the reason that scheduled jobs are not working?

There are tons of reasons and without any details into your scheduled jobs it's impossible to answer you seriously.

"Help... something isn't working". Please realize that we can't read your mind, can't look through your eyes and don't have access to your instance. You will need to provide the information so we can assist.
You upgraded and then the scheduled jobs stopped working? Or you upgraded and after a while the scheduled jobs stopped working? This is a huge piece of missing info. If it's the upgrade: log a case with NowSupport. New version and something breaks, they should check if they missed something.
Also: scheduled jobs have a 'run as'. Could it be that you upgraded and the person set as 'run as' is no longer active in the system?
The list of possible causes is huge.
