Agent Chat - Auto message on non working hours

I want to have auto message to display in Agent chat when Customers click for Live chat on non working hours then it should display 'All agents are Offline now, We are working on MON-FRI 9am-5pm'

Hi there,

 

Have you also assigned schedules to the Live Agents, that actually the Live Agent is really not available? If so, you could use 

vaSystem.isLiveAgentAvailable()

 

Based on the outcome, a decision which or directs to Live Agent or display a Bot Response.
