Agent Chat History viewable by any user in Service Operations Workspace

I am working to configure Agent Chat functionality. I have added ACLs to the interaction table on the "transcript" field so that it cannot be viewed by users without a specific role. In addition, it is hidden via client script onLoad.
I have noticed that any user can open the Interaction table in Workspace and view the transcript (see screenshot). It appears in the Agent Chat window and I cannot find a way to hide this widget or the transcript from users who should not be able to view it.
Is there a way to hide this information from users without a specific role? How do I target the Inbox Component or the field(s) where this information is coming from?

Workspace should only be available for agents and admins
