Agent Chat - how to change icon of the agent's bubble?

Where do I go to change this NOW icon to a different icon in agent chat?

Hi @e_wilber,

go to Conversational Interfaces > Settings > Branding and there you select what VA (there might be more as per each portal for example) and change it in there.

Select your Virtual Agent:

@e_wilber sorry you wanted to change the icon on the left and not the send icon.

Then go to the Branding as explained above and open this Bot profile to update the icon:
