I have a questions regarding Agent Chat in Workspace after transferring a chat between agents:
- Agent 1 (English) transfers a chat to Agent 2 (Dutch).
- Messages sent by Agent 2 are displayed in Dutch for Agent 1 and are not translated to English.
- However, the end user (French) receives the messages correctly translated into French.
- Is it expected that real-time translation works only between the agent and the end user, but not between agents participating in the same chat?
