Hi there,
I have an issue where our instance can export records successfully to Mid Server (shown in Export Histories in Export Set with State Completed) but then fail to deliver to third party from Mid Server (the Job has failed).
When I check the target folder permission in Mid Server, it got removed automatically for users for example CREATOR OWNER
(1 of the 4 default four user accounts and groups for Agent folder) that perhaps stopped the Job to run so 3rd party could not receives any order (still finding the root cause).
I have attached SS of the folder permission that got cleared out.
Related to this document (https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/utah-servicenow-platform/page/product/mid-server/concept/mid-non-...), is this "mid.windows_host.file_permissions.allow_list" mandatory to have because I cannot find this in our Mid Server's parameter. Does this make the permission got reset automatically?
Also this seems to happen after Utah version upgrade.
Appreciate for any help!

I'm also having this issue...it seems upgrades are re-installing the director so any folder shares and permissions are lost. Problematic

Hi there, were you able to get this resolved by chance? I'm also having a similar issue with folder permissions being removed on one of my mid servers for the exact same purpose (file export). Permissions get removed after every patch/upgrade.

Solve by creating the parameter for the allowed list as mentioned above
