Hi,
I have a doubt to be clarified. This is the logo of the agent mobile app in my phone. So is it possible to change or customize this? I hope this is ServiceNow's logo , so it's not possible to change this.

Hi @NishaB
Technically, yes, but here’s the situation based on a similar use case with my client and the conclusion we reached:
-
You cannot change the logo if the app is already published on the App Store or Google Play Store.
-
You need to host the app locally or on your own hosting environment, and then you can change the logo.
We are currently at the second step, where we have been requested to host the app locally first, and then we can proceed with customization. There is no other way around this.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

@NishaB That is possible but it is not simple as development. You need to raise request with SN with some details and then it is published. Its a process.
