Agent Schedule not working

Hi,

 

I have created one agent schedule for 9AM-5PM. But Dispatcher can assign  work order task outside the agent schedule.

Not that I'm aware of.

Hi @Community Alums,

Make sure if the agent schedule is applied correctly and if it is the only one, normally what is outside will appear grayed out.

@Alex Tod1 In Dispatcher workspace its greyed out, but dispatcher can able to assigned the ticket outside the agent schedule.
