Agent Whisper Functionality issue in PDI

Hi,
I am working on Agent Chat in my PDI and trying to implement Agent Whisper functionality. I went through ServiceNow Docs and configured the steps. However, when I try to test the functionality I am unable to see the option help requested/conversational monitoring list in Service Operation Workspace Lists(refer attached image).
If anyone has worked on similar functionality. Kindly help me with the issue.
