Is it possible to add UI action Add to Visual Task Board to Incident in Agent Workspace?
It appears that OOB there are 5 UI actions named Add to Visual Task Board.
Has anyone done this?

I was not able to get this to work yet. I did update the UI Action you suggested but it doesn't do anything when I select it from Agent Workspace.
We are switching from Agent Workspace to Service Operations Workspace. I have the same issue with this there. I will continue trying to get this to work.

Hello, did have success on it? I also tried to replicate the UI action as a list action but there are differences on the design and it is not working yet.

I have not made any progress with this. Have not spent much time on it since we have moved to Service Operations Workspace. Not having much success getting folks to adopt SOW. They much prefer using the classic lists and forms.

Same here, we want to make this work for Service Operations workspace.
