agent workspace email client doesn't load body of email

My users are running into an intermittent problem in Agent Workspace when using the Email Client.

When opening an email record, the header appears with the usual UI Actions, subject and sender/recipient info.

But the body doesn't load at all.

When clicking the Show Details action the previously nested emails header shows up, and repeats the issues, regardless of how often you select Show Details no body space appears.

 

(The emails show just fine in the Platform activity stream of the record they're related to)

 

Is there character limit configuration I should be looking for? A known bug with the Agent Workspace email client? Or something else?

Hello I just ran into this issue and resolved it by going to System Logs > Emails and changing the 'type' from 'send-ready' to 'sent'. If the email is in the send-ready type then you will see that happen. Moving it to 'sent' will then allow you to view the body.
