Apologies if this has been answered, I have been unable to find a thread related to what I am attempting to do, my knowledge of the terminology may be limited.
I would like to configure fields in Agent Workspace to be searchable by their individual columns when using the Search. At the moment, in Agent Workspace there is no ability to search by the individual columns of the field:
Outside, however, we can search using individual columns:
 
Is this a limitation of Agent Workspace, or is there an area I can go to enable/configure this? The purpose is to allow people working in Agent Workspace greater controller over CI searches, or field searches in general.
I may not have been clear, but I am aware that searching columns is possible, as shown below. I was curious if there is a way to conveniently alter the UI so that the columns are more easily accessible in the search window:
