I have a query regarding the agent workspace as i am unable to show the Watchlist in Agent workspace portal even after adding the watchlist filed in Form Layout>View: Workspace>Section: Task as shown in the screen shot Fig-1.1. I have checked the BR, CS, ACL, but no go. I have attached the Fig - 1.2 from the agent workspace view for reference. I have tried to follow the steps but no go as per the article from community: https://www.servicenow.com/community/now-platform-forum/watch-list-not-displaying-in-agent-workspace....
Please help me on the same !
