Agent Workspace Tab tile shows as Record

Hi Community, I am building a custom Agent workspace and when I try to open an existing Incident record. I see the tab title showing as "Record" instead of Incident Number.
This used to work as expected, I do not know what changed recently and looking for some help to fix this issue.
