the old Agent Workspace is deprecated and shouldn't be installed anymore. But to answer your question:
Today you have the Service Operations Workspace which provides the same capabilities and features and even more.

Also as @Maik Skoddow suggested that old Agent Workspace is deprecated and shouldn't be installed anymore you can think about configuring Service Operation Worspace (SOW) instead of Agent Workspace also sharing some additional links below for reference.
