Aggregate Number of Accesses to Knowledge and Catalog Items from Mobile Devices

Dear Expert

What we want to do
I would like to tally the number of accesses from mobile devices.
By “access from mobile devices,” we mean access from smartphone browsers and NowMobile. This is our team's definition.

We would like to visualize the number of accesses per unit time and per knowledge or catalog item.

What we are having trouble with
We are thinking of creating a view table that will be the source data for aggregation and implementing it in a report, but we are having trouble understanding the data source.
Which table should I combine to create the view?

If you have created a similar report or have any knowledge that would be helpful in the implementation, I would appreciate it if you could guide me.
Also, if you can implement using analytical functions other than reports, still.
However, I could not do what I thought with the User Experience Analytics fennel. (Maybe I'm not understanding you well enough)

Best regards in advance.

Hello @M_Tomy

How are you identifying currently that the record was viewed from mobile ?

From my perspective - either you check on syslog_transaction table with URL Contains sys_id of exact record and "m.do". That's easy and feasible solution.

But if this doesn't gives you accurate results - you need to enable UX Analytics for Mobile on your instance.

Kindly mark my answer as helpful and accept solution if it helped you in anyway. This will help me be recognized for the efforts and also move this questions from unsolved to solved bucket.
