Agile Board to Update sets

I have sprints and stories created through agile boards in dev instance. That instance is about to be Cloned

Post clone would need all the stories again

I do not see a way to capture them to update sets and even if i export to xml every story there is no way to import them back

any way to capture them to get them back ??

Hi there,

You do mention that you are able to export to XML. Though that importing is not possible? Can you explain that a bit more, as it actually should be possible. Though perhaps you are missing something in how you are doing this. So please explain what your steps are actually.

Kind regards,

agile board

Existing sprints and stories i cannot capture them in update sets

indivisual story -- Export to xml

Create a new story - if i want the same content as before, if i try to import the one that i exported i do not see   that option

attached screenshots.

If i can capture them in update sets , great .. but since its more data (  i believe it cannot be captured) but want to know if there is an alternate solution

Have you tried navigating to the table, and using out-of-the-box option "Create application file"? With that, you can add such data to an update set. This is an out-of-the-box option.

There are also custom solutions like "Add to update set", though I think you can just do this with the out-of-the-box Create application file.
