Hi

I have installed Now assist for AI agent and now assist for itsm. I couldn't see any out of box AI Agents . How and where can i find the out of box AI agents.

Hi @Vedavalli

Admins must have the sn_aia.admin role. AI Search and Now Assist Panel must also be enabled.

Did you try to test, there you can see Ai Agent/ use cases. This is what I saw in the training video on now learning

I'm able to see only one usecase there I can't see OOB AI agents for ITSM
