AI search is not working properly

It works well when I search with 'erp', but it doesn't work well when I search with 'mes'.

Catalog Item - SAP ERP

I want that item to come out when I search with 'MES'.

Hi @BoHyun Jung ,

Could you please check the condition of the search source?
Steps > AI Search > Search Experience > Search Source > Check the condition record that you are using in AI search in the portal. Make sure the catalog satisfies the condition mentioned. 

 

Also, try to check if the catalog item field > Hide on Service Portal is set to false.
