Hi Community,
I am facing an issue and unable to debug the scenario, I am trying to create a Event > Alert > incident. But when the alert is created I couldn't get the alert executions in the 1st shot every time. Some times i need to close the alert and create the event through REST API and again follow the same process to get the alert execution. Attached screen shot for your ref.
Can some one please help me to look into the mentioned issue and help me to find a solution on this.
Thanks in advance.

Solution:
Upgrade the alert management rules from Event management module by navigating to plugins
Navigate to sys properties (sys_properties.LIST) and check with the name “sn_em_arm.alert_management” And make the value should be “2” in there.
Navigate to Scheduled jobs and search with the sys ID “66c2c17b1bb195106e852f836b4bcb93” And rename the existing record name value with the SysId and save it.
