all the Form views are not loading at all. How to debug ?

Hello experts,

For some reason when i open any record (in any table) in Service-now in Form view the page doesn't load completely except the banner. Initially i though there might be an error in one of the Global UI scripts, but I havnt changed any Global UI Scripts at all. And I also dont see any error messages in Chrome Developers console.

On the other hand the List view works fine. Am stuck and I cant think of what exactly is causing this. Any help is greatly appreciated. Please me debug this issue.

hmm...not too sure what that's all about. See if you have any UI policies active on the Incident table and deactivate them to see if that helps, just to get the form to show. Also, not sure if you saw my post above before you responded with the log info, but check that out too.

Allen,

I cant even open the context menu to arrive at configure->formDesign, this is happening because the form fails to load due to some bug. Sure this is strange, the logs are not helping much. This is happening in a personal Developer instance, can i contact some one from Servicenow to look into this ?
