Good day, someone with ITAM experience/exposure. 

 

I am trying to find a recommended deployment sequence for ITAM and answer the following questions if you can help me.

  1. What is the approach to roll out for HAM and SAM?
  2. Is there something like that that exists that ServiceNow has?
  3. Do we have Starter Packs for HAM and SAM?
  4. Do you have a diagram that shows how HAM and SAM should be rolled out?
  5. What should be done first?
  6. What should be done last?
  7. What is the sequence of how things should be rolled out?
