Number of Secondary Items in the Form Header in Workspace

Hello,
I am hoping someone may have some insight into how to update the number of secondary items that can be displayed in a form header. I was told to create a ux workspace form header which I did, but I have 7 and it is only showing the first three. I created the ux workspace form header based on this feedback:
To edit the header of a Configurable Workspace, simply create a new record in the 'sys_aw_form_header' table and configure which primary field/secondary fields you'd like to show. The secondary fields can have conditions attached to them as well if needed.
So, would or should I be creating a new "custom" record header component? Also, how can I actually see the number of secondary items set by the organization in the settings? I went to Now Experiences > Experience > CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace, but I didn't see where the number of secondary items was actually shown. From the documentation I found, it appeared that I could show 7, can anyone confirm this as my 2nd screen shot actually contains 8?
