Sorry your question is not making any sense, please add more and attach screenshots.

For example, in Excel, there are 1,048,576 rows x 16,384 columns.
And the maximum number of characters (maximum length) in one space is 32767.

The only limit would be space allotted to the database, which I would suspect would be something you have to take up with your sales representative.   There should be no limit set at a database level.

I don't believe there's a limitation on records creation. The only limit would be the space allotted to your database instance. If you create millions of records at a time you might run out of database space.
