Hi,
I have created one risk assessment for change management.
Then i went to ALL > Assessment metric types and opened my risk assessment created which has evaluation method as assessment.
Then i clicked View Survey URL and copied the URL (as of now changed condition of form link to be visible)
I have created one notification then and in the email body i have inserted that URL
Now, when notification is sent and user click on that link, its showing an error
If anyone has faced this issue, please let me know how i will be able to add URL of risk assessment in email body
