Announcements Not Captured in Update Set – Need Assistance

Hi all,
I'm encountering an issue and would appreciate your help. When I create a new announcement in the Service Portal, it appears on the portal, but nothing seems to be captured in the update set.
I've tried this a couple of times, but the update set remains empty. Does anyone know why this might be happening?

did you try force update set.
