Any Change with an attachment containing this symbol – "🟢" – and the Manage Attachments fails.

Any Change with an attachment containing this symbol – "🟢" – post that the Manage Attachments fails and we unable to add other attachment.

 

we have fixed specific to this Green symbol ðŸŸ¢. However there can be other symbol then its not working because we wrote business rules only for this symbol.

 

Can any one Help , can we delete such special symbols while attaching in servicenow module (ie. change form or incident form)

We wrote Business rule on "sys_attachment" , and Replace "🟢" with " " and fix this one. 

 

However there can be multiple symbol then this BR will not work. Anything which is provided by servicenow OOTB, i didnt find related to this.
