We have developed performance analytics. Any new options Performance Analytics options in UTAH release.  Actually, some ideas we have to present to client. Let me know if anything more can be implemented in Performance analytics.

Please suggest what's new important features upgraded in Utah release.

Please read the release documentation: https://docs.servicenow.com/en-US/bundle/vancouver-release-notes/page/release-notes/family-release-notes.html as there are many things to notice, and based that it depends on which version you're upgrading from and which you're going to upgrade to.
