I'm new to this forum. I'm looking for the best practice and perhaps some instructions on how to auto-populate a few fields via API from IdentityNow.
The Catalogue Item has the following questions:
ID:
First Name:
Last Name:
What I want to achieve is that once the requestor types ID, it will auto-populate the First Name and Last Name from API call to IdentityNow.
I have already established an OAuth connection between ServiceNow and IdentityNow.
