Hi Team ,

can anyone please help me on this ,

we have to upgrade the “SailPoint IDN for Service catalogue” module from 3.0.0 to 3.1.0 in Service-now staging, but it was upgraded to 3.2.0 version directly.

In order to mitigate the risk, could you please look into and let us know the possibilities of roll back options or any work arounds to downgrade the version from 3.2.0 to 3.1.0 in Service-Now staging environment.

Hi @nameisnani -  it is likely, not possible. but have looked at this link

https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/washingtondc-platform-administration/page/administer/table-admini...

If this is not working, I think you need to contact support only! good luck!

Hi @nameisnani

It is not possible to revert to the older version of the plugin. Possibly, you can do a system clone from the higher instance to your staging instance to fix this. Refer below posts :

Please mark this response as correct and helpful if it assisted you with your question.

Exactly this! The only correct answer on such questions.

If it did not reach production yet, you can always perform a System Clone. Then update the plugin again to the version you are after.

If it did reach production already... not possible.

Kind regards,
