API Error when tagging a user on a HR case then clicking 'Save'.

Hi all !

 

I need your help

 

Currently, when tagging a user in the comments - Not clicking post comment - and simply clicking 'Save', I get this error:

 

Access to api 'setWorkflow' from scope 'sn_hr_core' has been refused due to the api's cross-scope access policy. Access Details: setWorkflow can only be called from within the same Scope as the Table on which it is called. Table's Scope was: "Global", but executing Scope was: "Human Resources: Core".

The tag comment still get added as normal though. Also, only getting that error when tagging a user..

I tried creating a Cross scope privilege (See screenshot just below), but no luck..

Hi Matt,

 

sorry for the late response, we did not get any resolution 😞

 

But looks like we fixed it by doing some other work.. We excluded our HR tables from the OOTB notifications related to tagging and created our own and so far no issues.. Not sure if that's a solid fix though
