App Engine Management Center - 404

I have already configure App engine studio but i cant access App Engine Management Center and always return 404. what to do? already competed the guided setup.

kb is for APP ENGINE STUDIO. what i want to access is the APP ENGINE MANAGEMENT CENTER.
