Hello All,
I'm quite new to developing applications with ServiceNow AES.
Currently I try to build a application to request external trainings.
This involves different steps of approvals and fulfillment:
- 1st step: Manager: fulfills the record and approves it
- 2nd step: HR: fulfills the record and approves it
- 3rd step: Managing Director: approves the record
Basic approval can be done and is no problem for me, also the request itself is no problem.
Where I am now facing issues is, on how to let the users fulfill the requests. I was told to do this on a custom workspace. How can that be done and mainly how can I prevent the fulfiller from approving the request before fulfilling it?
