App Manager (Vancouver) showing updates that are up-to-date

Since upgrading my PDI to Vancouver, I've noticed that the Admin Home page is showing 15 updates.
When I click on it to update, it takes me to the new Application Manager, and also shows 15 updates to install. But when I click on one to update it, shows that it is already up-to-date.
If I switch back to the Classic Application Manager, it shows that I have 0 updates to install.
Question #1 - Am I missing something obvious here?
Question #2 - If no, any idea what is going on or how to resolve this?

Has anyone figured this situation out?
We are REPAIRING each and then they go away. Just want to know if we are wasting time or not?

Unfortunately, I have not been able to get any support from Support since it is just my PDI. Like you, we ran the repair, then they went away.
We did have a couple that looked like they were in the middle of installing, but when we viewed the status, it showed to the message "Record not found". To resolve that, we went into the legacy app and updated them to resolve the issue.
