Appearance of email buttons in Outlook

Buttons in our ServiceNow emails lose their shape and borders when they appear in Outlook.

Does anyone have any idea what's causing this and how to fix it?

Hi @Abbottronix,

 

Whilst this is possible, sadly it's not a quick easy fix and requires some css and scripting.

Thankfully however @JosephW1 has provided a great article for others to benefit from and save a lot of time - kudos.
