Application Manager doesn't work on my PDI

Hi guys,

I'm trying to install a plugin on my PDI and the "Application Manager" is not working fine. The details section still loading infinitly and I cannot click on the "Install" button.

When I try to use the Classic , I get a blank modal 😭

My Version : glide-yokohama-12-18-2024__patch1-02-21-2025

Hi @ChrisSanc 

Since PDI doesn’t come with support, try refreshing the PDI via the developer site. If that doesn't work, release it and get a new one. Also, try using cache.do

@ChrisSanc - I don't see any problem installing the problem. Please try clear the browser cache and click on "sync now" in application manager which syncs the app repository details. Post which you can try install the plugin.

I tried to Sync and cache.do, and refresh the instance but nothing changes.

 

Could you try on your side to display the detail of "Order Guide Sequential Fulfillment" ?
