Application Picker

Hello everyone,

I am not the SN admin, however I do have nlu_admin and va_admin roles in prod. On my dev instance (where I do have admin), I can see the application/scope picker. In prod, I cannot. What do I need to be able to see it in prod?

Someone suggested delegated access, but I'm unsure on how to ask my admin to set this up.
