I thought this UI policy will apply to the fulfiller side as well.
But it's not working like that?
Also, How is it different from Applies on a Catalog Item view?

Catalog item view - Portal or any page from where you have RITM submitted
Catalog tasks - On Catalog task table
Requested Item - On RITM table (submitted request)
Target record - For Record producers (Change, incident, etc.)
You can apply it to the target record, for eg if you create an incident using record producer then it wil apply to the incident record. But not on Incident task.
