We have an issue where from Service Operation Workspace when the Agent apply's a template to the interaction record the template apply's with the text field minimised.
On our interaction record we have a description field for capturing additional information, when the template is applied the text field doesn't expand. Our SD agents have call scripts which causes issues with gathering information. From the standard UI this works fine when applying templates just not in Service Operation Workspace.
Any ideas on the best way to resolve this, have tried updating CSS but no luck.
