I have created an order guide to on board user. AD user and VPN catalog items are added to the on board user order guide. Variable set is used to populate fields across catalog items. I have configured UI polices for order guide and AD catalog item. Catalog UI policy is working for AD catalog item, but not working for order guide. I have set condition on when to apply and also verified the order of UI policy. Order guide has radio button 'User type; as 'Employee' and 'External User'. By default 'Employee' is selected. When 'Employee' is selected, need to hide some fields in the order guide. I have also tried in onload client script, but it is not working. Could anyone suggest to resolve this issue? Thanks.
