Approval and Task Related list in custom table of Record Producer

I have a record producer when it gets submitted a record(request) get generated in the custom table which extends the task table. Once the request is generated i want to generate approval based on the Request type variable(which will be selected by the fulfiller). I have a created a workflow including the approval group activity and generate task activity for the record producer. I want to create a related list showing the task and approvals. How can i achieve it?

Hi there,
if you want to add a related list on a form, then navigate to the table (record) where would you like to add it and there:

"Burger" > Configure > Related Lists > (select which one you want to add) and Save the form

Then it will be available for all the records within the table (so if it is Request, it will be added for all the Requests), but then you can adjust the visibility of that List.

PS: why would a record producer create requests? Cannot it be directly a catalog item to generate REQ/RITM?
