Is there any way to modify the service catalog's "ask for approval" to include different fields instead of the default ones?

Good day,

By default, approvals for records like Requested Items and Changes use the "Approval Request" email notification. This pulls it's content from the "change.itil.approve.role" email template.

You can update that template with new fields/wording.

If the fields I want to add are part of a custom catalog item, I would have to create an email script and add it to the email template right? If so what table do I have to reference on the script would it be the sc_req_item?

Yes @sola27  you can do it. What exactly you want to add.

@Dr Atul G- LNG  I am working on the nowGurukul Hands On Challenge week 4. I am trying to add the details such as , E-Voucher Type, E-Voucher Price to the Approval but I am having issues. Not sure if I should create a Email Script and include it in the  email template. If I do so wouldnt this affect the approvals for the ot
