Approval from e-mail is matched with wrong person

Hi, we found a case where we have group approval generated. And when a user approves a request via e-mail, then the approval is matched with incorrect/another user within the approval requests.
I could not find any logic behind this issue. Did anyone experience something like this ?

Hi @marketa_w,
Could you please check the actual approval record? Does it show the wrong approver person or the right one? There should be the approver mail attached to the approver record as well.
It happens sometimes, that users have delegates. Could you take a look at sys_user_delegate and check if there is any record for the affected users in there.

Hi Medi, thanks for advise. Eventually, we found out there has been made some customization in the approval process causing this.
