approval notification for teams bot

Hi 
I've created a notification for approvals for teams. I'm seeing the below  info messages

Action not fully connected. To provide a consistent chat experience across all portals, create actions that use both LLM and NLU topics.
Info MessageThis notification includes one or more actions. Ensure the actions are associated with content by going to "Link Actions to Content" tab.
Info MessageContent for provider 'Chat-Web Client' will not be sent. Notification Channels are inactive.

what I need to  do now?

Hi @Vedavalli, 

 

To resolve these, you need to ensure your approval actions are correctly defined by associating them with both LLM and NLU topics for a consistent chat experience. You also need to explicitly link your created actions to the notification content by using the "Link Actions to Content" tab within your notification settings. Finally, the message regarding the 'Chat-Web Client' indicates that the notification channel is not active, so you will need to enable it in your instance's notification settings to ensure messages are delivered through the web chat client.
